"I went to Antoinette this past summer, in search of a cure for cystic acne that had been bothering me for about five years. I don’t think of myself as someone who is overly concerned with how I look, but this acne was a real pain, literally! I had several deep pimples around my chin and cheeks that seemed to always be there. They would come often, and just when I thought they were clearing up, they would resurface, just as painful and bothersome as ever. Antoinette knew immediately how to treat this and what she needed to tell me so that I would stick with the program. She was very patient and honest, and she went through all the products I was currently using, informed me of their “good” and/or harmful ingredients and showed me products that she carried that would cleanse and nourish my skin. All along, she kept telling me that I would have to stick with it, that clear skin would not happen with one treatment. Each time I saw her though, she was amazed at the progress and very supportive of me, especially since I kept with the program. So what finally worked was a combination of Antoinette’s expertise, my diligence, good products and a cleanse or two (a body cleanse and a lymphatic cleanse). So now it’s been five months since beginning with Antoinette and for the first time in five years, my skin is clear. I no longer get deep painful pimples that make me want to cry! Now she is not a miracle worker (although I beg to differ), but with her guidance and treatments and my willingness to stick with the regimen, I finally have skin that is clear. When pimples do arise, my skin acts accordingly, as the organ it is, working to fight breakouts caused by clogged pores instead of letting them get inflamed. Antoinette is the friendliest and most informative esthetician/CMT I know of!  She will make you feel VERY comfortable during uncomfortable times(Such as, Brazilians.)   The first time I went to her, my friend came with me, I think we laughed so hard, the entire salon heard us!  I didn't think I could have that much fun getting a brazilian! She is SO nice and VERY knowledgeable. The day I got a facial, I had my purse stolen right before my appointment.  When I  told her what had happened, she immediately put me at ease.  She relaxed my body and put 150 percent in making sure I was ok.
